Our gold, platinum and palladium rings bear a maker’s mark telling you exactly who made them. This is our official and registered quality mark.

There is a 2-year warranty against manufacturing errors. Normal wear does not fall under this warranty.

As nothing in life is predictable, not even your weight, we ensure that the size of your VdB&VR purchased ring can always be adjusted if necessary. The difference must be at least 1 ring size. In many cases a new ring is made. If you absolutely do not want this, please inform your jeweller about this decision.

Within 6 months after the purchase or wedding date, the size of the ring is adjusted for free one time should it have become too big or too small. The difference must be at least 1 ring size. 

A service charge needs to be paid to the jeweller for this service. This charge differs from ring to ring. It is quite handy knowing this in advance! Ask your jeweller about the price of the second service level (S2).  The difference must be at least 1 ring size.

Easy! Just visit your jeweller. Lifelong exchange of a Mémoire ring for another Mémoire ring is possible. You simply choose another ring. It will only cost you the fixed amount of 175 Euros plus the difference between the selling price of your old ring and your newly selected one.

This concept belongs to the collection of friendship and relationship rings of AMICI. It allows you to personally change your ring as you would like it to be. In addition, it is interesting to compare the feeling and colour of non golden materials next to each other in one box. You choose a traditionally shaped ring (5A,7A,8A), but in an alternative material. This could be 9 ct white or yellow, palladium (Pd500), silver (Ag935), stainless steel, black steel or titanium. Subsequently you choose the width (2,5 to 8 mm) and whether you want a matt or mirror finish.

Unfortunately we do not exchange old gold for a new ring. Your jeweller will gladly inform you further. The jeweller determines the value for taking back your old gold. Should your jeweller offer this service, then this amount could be deducted from the purchase of a ring from one of our collections.

Seamless base rings are made from compressed tubes which allow us to obtain a very beautiful finish grade. These semi-finished products are not rolled and as such do not show any deformations. This is due to the processing on computerized high-precision lathes. In addition, multicoloured and eccentrically turned base rings and annular blanks are available in various sizes and widths.
